Rudolf Steiner opened the first Waldorf School in Germany in1919, and hadbeen praised by the social from all walks of life. Waldorf Education is a complete andindependent education system,and It has a long history of nearly100years. At thattime, people treated this as a typical representative of future education. The WaldorfEducation Idea, like advocate "everything has its time ", give children freedom, body,mind, soul common development, are supported by many parents. This study beginsfrom the unusual ideas of Waldorf Education, with the method of case study,investigate on a Waldorf kindergarten’s daily curriculum leadership, aim at improveits curriculum leadership, and at the same time, provide reference and experience forkindergarten curriculum leadership in China.This paper is divide into seven parts. First, introduce the origins of this research,its reference, research objectives, literature review, research significance, conceptdefinition, research content and the research design. Second, overall introduction ofWaldorf Education, mainly from philosophy, sociology, psychology. Defined the corephilosophy of Waldorf education. Third, Waldorf curriculum vision. Base on the dailyobservation and interviews, show the vision of Waldorf Kindergarten curriculum.Fourth, Waldorf curriculum development. Describes the process of Waldorfkindergarten curriculum development. Fifth, Waldorf curriculum implementation. Bydescribing the status of specific programs implementation, show the rhythm and art ofWaldorf education. Sixth, Waldorf curriculum evaluation. By interviews andobservation, show the specific practices of the kindergarten curriculum evaluation.Finally, as a conclusion, point out the significance of Waldorf kindergarten curriculumleadership.
