Along with the country’s economic and social development,the quality of people’s livling standardsimprovement, popularization of compulsory education.Experts and scholars, community and parentsconcerns more on pre-school education. Vigorous development of private kindergartens, ease publickindergartens’ shortage of resources and other issues and meet the demand for some parents to earlychildhood education.Meanwhile, China’s private kindergartens lack of effective supervision, the good andbad are intermingled, affecting the overall quality of pre-school education.The author had been Chinese volunteer teacher for two years in Korat,Thailand, observed andinterviewed many private kindergartens in the region. Mostly private kindergartens are subsidiaried in theprimary,also there are social groups and individual citizens founded the private kindergartens. The paperselected six private kindergartens of Korat, four are subsidiaried in elementary school, one founded bysocial group, one founded by individual citizen. The study focus on the private kindergarten ofsukanalee,which is subsidiaried in elementary school.Useing the ways of questionnaires, interviews,literature research, comparative to analysis the business model of the private kindergarten. Including theteaching model,teacher management, financial management, enrollment, environment and equipment,organization and other aspects. Described in detail the operational status of private kindergartens inThailand.The paper through analysis and research results the characteristics of Thai private kindergartens: Thaiprivate kindergartens get financial support from Thai government and a wide range of social. Including thefinancial support from the government of Thailand and actively encourages useing international resourcesand community participation in education investment; Consummate the quality of assurance system,including external and internal quality assessment standards; The holistic and continuous of early childhoodteachers’ training. The implications to our country’s private kindergartens:On national policy, governmentcould increase efforts to support private kindergartens, actively introduce international education funds orresources by some preferential policies,give more benefits to private kindergartens, encourage communityparticipation in private early childhood education, contributions to the poor private kindergartens positively. Widely publicize and develop inclusive private kindergartens, enhance supervision and evaluation toinclusive private kindergartens; On private kindergarten teachers, Organizing pre-employment andvocational training to kindergarten teachers,teaching and research activitiesweekly.Improve early childhoodteachers’ professtion and operational capacity, improve the treatment of early childhood teachers, from thereality of interests for teachers, safeguard the stability of preschool teachers. On private kindergartenassessment management, establish the unified quality standards inspection.By inspection, government givehelp and support to week private kindergartens, request it to improve. Standardize internal evaluationcriteria of education quality,then make it get improved.
