With the development of the times and the change of people's thinking, the concept of“student-centered” has become more and more popular among the people, and correspondingly students' affections have gradually attracted social attention.Classroom learning is an important way for students to receive professional education, and the affective experience of students in class should be paid attention to.At present, the theoretical circles and educational practice have not paid enough attention to the affective experience of professional class for undergraduates, which is not conducive to stimulating students' professional enthusiasm and cultivating professional talents, and this is more prominent in tourism management majors. Therefore,it is of great significance to deeply explore the affective experience and influencing factors of professional class for tourism management undergraduates. This research defines the concept of affective experience on the basis of analyzing the related concepts of affection and experience, and sorts out the relevant literature on affection, affective experience and professional courses at home and abroad. On this basis, this research uses a questionnaire to investigate the current situation of the affective experience of professional class for tourism management undergraduates, and uses SPSS26.0 software to analyze the mean value and difference of the questionnaire data.Through the mean value analysis,it is found that the affective experience of professional class for tourism management undergraduates is general, and there is much room for improvement;in terms of specific dimensions, students have better affective experience of peer and teacher-student relationships, poorer affective experience of classroom content arrangement and learning freedom, and average affective experience of teacher teaching and classroom environment.Through the difference analysis,it is found that students with different daily affective tendencies have significant differences in their affective experience of professional class;students' gender, professional views and average grades in professional courses have significant differences in some dimensions, while other variables don't have significant differences in all dimensions. This research further analyzes the influencing factors of the affective experience of professional class for undergraduates through interviews, and uses the method of grounded theory to code the collected interview texts, and obtains five core categories that affect the affective experience of professional class for tourism management undergraduates.Students' individual factors include personal characteristics, learning motivation, individual needs and personal ability;teachers' factors include teaching ability, teaching behavior, professional foundation, teacher's attitude and teacher's personal style;professional factors include the characteristics of professional learning and the characteristics of the occupation corresponding to the major;school factors include teaching management and resource conditions;interpersonal atmosphere include interpersonal relationships and interactive atmosphere. On this basis, this research constructs a model of influencing factors of the affective experience of professional class for tourism management undergraduates, and puts forward suggestions from three levels: individual students, teachers and schools.
