Undergraduate as the main stakeholders, in order to ensure the better quality of teaching, their participation in teaching management is particularly important. With the deepened reform of higher education in recent years, undergraduate's participation in university management has been paid more and more attention and become the pioneer in the reform. Meanwhile, several aspects of the teaching management were studied by the academic circles as well as all the related reform has been adopted by many colleges and universities. However, due to various reasons, the effectiveness of the reform of undergraduates' participation in teaching management is not satisfactory.Therefore, in order to more clearly grasp the situation, discover its existing problems,analyze them and put forward solutions, this study based on participation in management theory and stakeholder theory, taking Jiang Xi Normal University as an example, adopting the methods of questionnaire and interview to survey the undergraduates, and to interview teachers and the teaching management staff.This paper includes five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part. The second chapter is the theoretical discussion of this paper, which defines the concept of the teaching management in colleges and universities and undergraduate to participate in teaching management, points out the theoretical basis and practical basis, shows that students participate in the limits of teaching management, and clarifies students to participate in the content, ways and degree of teaching management. The third part is the survey status, based on the case of Jiang Xi Normal University, adopting questionnaires, interviews to obtain the results of the survey, and analyze the results from two aspects of the students to participate in the thinking and in the actual behavior. The fourth chapter is the existing problems and the analysis of its reason.Based on the current situation of Jiang Xi Normal University, the discovered matters are that the cognitive level of the undergraduate to participate in teaching management is not high, participation motives is not pure, participate in the content isnot wide, participation manners lack of diversification, participation degree is not deep and participation mechanism is not perfect, and then analyzes reasons of the existing issues. The fifth part is aims at the issues to propose strategies, putting forward countermeasures and suggestions respectively from the three aspects of the university level, the teaching and teaching management personnel, undergraduate individual.
