A Study On The Growth Path During The Jiangxi University Students

Content: Universities are the places where most college students spend their life,while they are the most vigorous and lively force in our society. The leaders of nation andthe party pay a substantiate amount of attention to the college students and theireducational and personal development. The higher education is the fruit of the bloominguniversity lives and the path for its future. In recent years, with the development of ourcountry’s high education, the number of graduated students are also increasing,especially the number of undergraduates and junior college students. During theeconomic recession, they are under increasing and various pressures. Even though thesituation in Chinese higher education is primarily positive, some problems have alsoarisen, and trouble college students, which conflicts with the development of students,even show exactly the opposite. The problems not only hinder the development of thethem, but also disorder the teaching in college, which bring some trouble to the nationand society.Since1999, the Enrollment Amount of college is increasing in China, especially thecontinuously Innovative and reformatory employment policy, thus it leads to moreserious employment situation, higher employment pressure and more complexemployment environment to current college students. According to the status fromEducation Office of Jiangxi province the number of graduates is about240,000, while theRate of Employment is about85%in recent years. Facing such a serious employmentenvironment, we have found out the employment situation of some colleges, I has cometo Six different types of undergraduate universities in Jiangxi province (Jiangxi normaluniversity, Jiangxi university of science and technology, Jiangxi agricultural university,Nanchang university, Jiangxi university of finance and economics, East China Jiao tongUniversity) to Conduct Research student’s deviation and Problem in growing path.
