The Research To The Growth Path Of The Undergraduates In The Engineering Universities

The 1990s undergraduates encounter many problems like blindness and hazy in choosing the way to succeed. And there are many reasons which cause those problems. The ideological and political education in the institutions of higher learning is lack of pertinence ,which is the most serious one.The growth process of college students should be based on the students'growth path, that is with the time goes by, the school education, social environment and individual natural maturation factors interact mutually, the undergraduates group get more and more close to the national talents training target and high school personnel training objectives.This thesis uses the method of content analysis, comparative analysis and summary method, to explore and research the undergraduates' growth rules . This thesis is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the background, the purpose and significance of this topic, the shortage and situation of the domestic and foreign research, as well as the innovation points, shortcomings and difficulties of the research ideas and research framework. The second part is the overview of the undergraduates' growth path, from the point of view of the human's all-round development and moral ideal education, exploring and analyzing the theory basis of undergraduates' growth path, pointing out the connotation of the growth path of the undergraduates, what' more, from the point of view of the talent development and the ideological and political education of undergraduates to pry into the growth of the undergraduates. The third part, based on the engineering university, taking the Harbin Engineering University for example, to investigate and analysis the undergraduates' growth by adopting the social science research methods of questionnaire investigation and interview and using SPSS and Excel statistical analysis tools such as processing of survey results. The fourth part,according to the survey results, boldly raising the model of growth path in the two kind of engineering undergraduates, that is the growth path of "1+1" model.The fifth part, from the point of the military training, colleges and universities' management, ideological and political theory course, the lead of the teaching assistants (teacher), multiple point lead, peer group and the construction of network ideological and political supervision to propose the science system of the engineering undergraduates' growth. Finally, based on the empirical research and development path model,this thesis concluded that the growth path can be real, it can be drawn into the atlas of the conclusion.Thus the raise of the undergraduate'growth path will have a far-reaching significance for the growth of the undergraduates ideological and political education work.
