Accompanied by Chinese socio-economic and socialization process, a great number ofchildren of migrants follow their parents come to urban city to make a living and study sothat a series of problems associated with their children’s education, living, development havebeen debated. Facing with strange environment, children of migrants could not adjust tourban routine life because they feel nervous about usual life both in physical andpsychological aspects. Hence that, education becomes an important means which helpspeople in that situation to adapt themselves in urban life, setting good personal relationshipswith others, and it is also a good channel in socialization development. However, because ofhousehold registration system and limited schooling resources in city currently, most ofmigrants’ children have to study in migrants’ school with lower education facilities and worseeducation surroundings compare to key schools.School is treated as important channel in the period of children’s growth. In this plant,they can learn knowledge in systematic and regular way. Education environment in school isdivided into2aspects: natural environment and cultural environment. Compared with naturalenvironment, I think cultural environment is more important. Cultural environment is the coreof campus culture, and it is also a more active, more educational part in campus culture. Theways of teaching, educational philosophy are have great impact on individuals’ psychologicaldevelopment and shaping of an ideal personality. Especially, if there are many special,sensitive students like migrants’ children, each school needs to give them right directiontimely. However, migrants’ schools are in bad situation. There is a deep gap betweenmigrants’ school and public school in teaching condition, quality of teachers, culturaldevelopment and so on. Therefore, it is difficult to do things like "people-oriented" whichmentioned by official medium, concern children’s healthy and cultivate their goodpersonalities in a suitable way.As an important plant in teaching, migrants’ school needs support from social work which can be regarded as an auxiliary power in school education. Professional guidance andservice from Social Work are important to children of migrants’ growth. This article is regarda school for children of migrants in Xi’an as research object, using the theory of social system,perspective of comparative advantages, humanities for support. This article also useprofessional ways of Social Work as practice pattern, relying on specific skills in Social Work.Social workers which can provide a better education environment for children of migrants areworking to improve migrants’ school cultural environment, digging their "endogenous force".As for the lack of cultural education of migrants’ school, social workers started theirwork mainly from three aspects: Firstly, describing the school’s education environment andthe students’ study condition by questionnaires, interviewing the students together withobservation; Then, evaluating the school’s education environment and the students’difficulties, in order to discover or analyze the problems; Finally, the social worker developeda personalized service plan. On one hand, based on the basic goals of developing the students’potentialities, improving the teachers and the parents’ education abilities and so on, the socialworker carried out group work. On the other hand, assisting the school complete its owneducation service, combined with the school’s condition and practical needs,and optimizingof community environment in order to provide a better education environment for thestudents.This paper intent to explore the migrants’ school’s education environment throughprofessional view. In this process, the social workers established self-improving-group todevelop the student’s potential, improving his ability of adapting to the environment; In orderto enhance the educators’ ability and skill, the social worker developed the activity ofparent-child term, to provide a chance for the student’s parents and teachers to communicate.During this social work, social workers organized some activities, such as “The PrincipalSalon”, promoting the relationship of the migrant children community and migrants’ children.
