Itplays a key role in the students’ development and the stability of colleges and universities.During several decades’ transformation，student management in our country has formed abasic system on the foundation of “university--department-grades”，which made a profoundimpact on improving students’ political consciousness and promoting their healthy growth．To adapt to social development，student managing practitioners and researchers stillexplore more effective student management system，which will afford to the times．Theacademy institution blends with the advantages of college system，the humanities spirit andgeneral education in ancient China and in western countries，hoping to find out a new way fortraditional student management．The paper stands on the College System in Hong Kong and Taiwan universities, statesthe system’s produce and develop, and analyzes the definition and features of it.
