Wenzhou business school,as a business university,closely follows the development situation of famous universities in China,and takes the academy system as the center to carry out innovative exploration and construct a new student management model.College system is a kind of has a profound historical background of the student management pattern,the modern university academy made for new a student management mode,the specific is inherited and development based on the fine cultural tradition of ancient Chinese academy system,draw lessons from and absorbing the successful experience of Europe and the United States residential college system,and based on the domestic development of higher education and talents cultivation target of the reform.The modern college system highlights the concept of community management and focuses on the cultivation of the comprehensive quality and ability of college students.It takes the dormitory as the basic platform,gives full play to the advantages of the tutor system and group influence,pays attention to the construction of the professional student education team,and is equipped with complete life supporting facilities.Students are fully encouraged to develop self-service and management,and organize various types of curriculum activities,so as to create a unique college cultural atmosphere.This study conduct the thorough research to the wenzhou business school academy system as a case,the integrated use of literature research,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,multi-disciplinary overlapping comprehensive research methods,such as for wenzhou business school to take the college system management mode to make research,clearly the problems existing in the current in the construction process,and explore the concrete countermeasures of the wenzhou business schools to deepen college system.In this paper,the basic characteristics of the college system of wenzhou business school are summarized: first,it belongs to a new student life and learning community,equipped with a management team with professional quality and ability;Second,it focuses on the organization and implementation of the second classroom activities,and focuses on the education of general education;Thirdly,it can promote students' self-service and education.This paper carried out on the basis of questionnaire and interview,in view of the wenzhou business school in the construction of college system exposed main problems to be clear,summed up the reason,on the basis of the optimization countermeasures: wenzhou business school should add the system development process,in view of the existing resources to optimize the integration,form the basic idea of comprehensive education,establish the perfect college mode;It should be closely integrated with the credit system to form a complete general education curriculum system.It should be closely combined with the professional title evaluation system to implement the college tutorial system and guide teachers and students to participate in it comprehensively.We should give full play to the recessive educational power and enrich college cultural activities.Reasonable layout of hardware environment,optimize college life atmosphere;To promote the autonomy of colleges and avoid the tendency of administration;To clarify the relationship between colleges,administrative departments and other professional colleges and build a sound information sharing system;We should set up a reasonable college management organization,adhere to the combination of teacher guidance and student autonomy,and constantly improve the college mechanism construction.
