Starting from the perspective of social work, try to put strategies andmethods to solve the problems of college students’ study weariness.Based on the X case weariness research,we found that study weariness is widespread inuniversities. Combining with previous studies, the researcher tries to use methods of socialwork to solve undergraduates’ study weariness issues. Research results show that there aremany reasons caused students’ study weariness, from the individual level, in terms ofcognitive learning errors, lack of self-management, learning improper strategy are the maincauses of undergraduate’ study weariness. Given the limited ability of researchers, this studyuses the method of group work, mainly from cognitive changing, behavioral training, andskills acquisition to solve this problem. For undergraduates, researcher carries out the practiceof learning management group from the perspective of empowerment. Cognitive behavioraltheory through the process of group activities, by changing misperceptions, improving badbehavior and learning self-management skills, achieve group target.Through the practice of group work, the researcher found that participation in groupactivities have changed their false consciousness of university study, recognize the importanceof learning; their behavior also have improved to some extent; they have also learned someself-learning strategies. So, group work has a significant effect. However, due to lack oftheoretical knowledge and practical experience of researchers in group work, there are stillsome gaps and shortcomings. For these deficiencies, researchers have made someimprovement strategies. From the perspective of integration, a single group work is not enough to cure the current widespread problem. Undergraduate’ study weariness is also anurgent need of effective integration. There is a need to create a learning environment whichmeets students’ needs. This is also the directions for further research.
