High school is the golden period of learning,and it is also a cr itical period for the growth and development of young people.High sc hool students are generally 15-18 years old.At this stage,their chi ldren are in adolescence.Their physiological and psychological aspec ts are developing rapidly.At the same time,the formation of persona lity is also in the development stage.They are easily affected by th e outside world,and their emotions fluctuate greatly.In school,the y are suffering from huge learning pressure.If this pressure is not effectively relieved,it will generate negative emotions for learning Lack of interest in learning,refusal to learn,absent mindedness in class,truancy and a series of learning problems.The problem of wea riness of learning is universal and serious in middle school educatio n.The related social problems caused by weariness of learning make p arents confused,teachers worried and educational circles concerned.It is a problem worthy of study.This study mainly takes Z middle school students who are tired of learning as the research object,adopts qualitative research method,collects data through length interview method,analyzes from the per spective of social work,and explores the main causes of high school students'Weariness of learning,This paper attempts to intervene thr ough group work to help senior high school students alleviate their w eariness of learning,help them change their false cognition of learn ing,and establish positive self-concept.At the same time,explore t heir own advantages and potential,improve the sense of self-efficacy of team members,and enhance self-confidence.Through the group powe r in group work,make them feel interpersonal support and sense of be longing in group activities,and develop the learning ability and int erpersonal communication ability of group members.At last,it evalua tes the whole service process and results,summarizes the advantages and limitations of group work in practical operation,and puts forwar d some suggestions for the possible future development direction,in order to provide some experience for group work in high school studen ts' learning weariness.Starting from the interview data,the author analyzes the reasons for the high school students'Weariness of learning,mainly includin g the individual level:the rebellious psychology of high school stud ents in adolescence;the individual's own wrong cognitive beliefs;th e counter effect brought by the strong learning motivation;the learn ed helplessness caused by the lack of self-identity;the psychologica 1 gap caused by the failure of many examinations.Family level:bad f amily structure,bad parenting style and education concept deviation.School level:the level of school education and teachers is uneven,and the new learning environment is maladjusted.At the level of peer group:peer group has a bad relationship and is difficult to integra te into the collective life;the sense of learning boredom caused by early love;the influence of bad behaviors of peer group around.In t he process of Group Work Intervening in the practice of high school s tudents' learning weariness,the author finds that:group work has a significant effect in intervening in high school students' learning w eariness;cognitive reconstruction method and advantage perspective t heory have a great guiding role in intervening in the application of high school students'learning weariness.
