Nearly 20 years of graduate students enrollment scale has been expanding,from the calendar year,"National Education Statistics Bulletin" can be seen in 2015 China's postgraduate enrollment scale than in 1996 increased by 1124.26% to 57.06 million people.The large increase in the size of the postgraduate program has put forward higher requirements for the corresponding training resources,but in 2015 compared with 1996,the number of full-time teachers in China increased by only 292.5%,and the number of graduate students increased by 7.04%.The "imbalance of supply and demand" cultivated by the postgraduates and the influence of the bad social atmosphere,the cultivation of the postgraduates has a series of problems,such as learning loose and lazy life and so on.In view of the literature found that for the graduate students tired of less research,in order to understand their own and around the students tired of learning situation,while looking for easy and easy to wear treatment.Decided to investigate the study of Jiangxi Province,four college graduate students weariness situation,and verify the group involved in the work of graduate students tired of learning the effect of the problem.This paper studies the characteristics of weariness of postgraduates through open questionnaires,discusses the results on the basis of open questionnaire,determines the dimensions and corresponding indexes of weariness and the corresponding indicators,and then prepares the degree of study,and then passes through This paper analyzes the prevalence of weariness of four postgraduates in colleges and universities by means of analysis of variance and regression analysis in four colleges and universities in Jiangxi province.The results of the survey show that the current four college graduate students only show a slight degree of weariness,but not tired to learn,slightly weary,generally weary and serious weariness of the four levels of personnel distribution,24% of the master The relationship between the two learning cognitive indicators and one learning attitude and learning behavior is found out.And then use the social work methods of the group work method,from the study of cognitive,learning attitude and learning behavior of three aspects,the "learning",the use of the scale of the work,The "three learning" activities of "love learning" and "learning science" affect participants mainly from learning cognition and learning attitude,and thus improve the purpose of learning behavior to reduce the degree of weariness,and also verify the effect of group work.
