Objective:through a comprehensive survey of secondary school teachers inschools in the Xinjiang area occupation tension, fatigue, multi dimensions of job burnout, work ability, coping styles and health, to understand and grasp theoverall occupation health teachers China western area, looking for the factors that influence teachers’ occupation health schools, as well as the relationship between the different stress effect in the end, put forward to alleviate orovercome the influence of teacher occupation tension measures. Methods:stratified cluster sampling method, selected in Xinjiang has threeregional representative of the two city (city, Bazhou, Urumqi, Yili, Hami area)questionnaire survey was conducted on3500teachers in the middle schoolclassroom. Results:1) analysis of teachers’ job stress comparison, nervous score of middle school teachers’ work than southwest norm (P<0.01). High school teachers in high occupation tension higher than male teachers in junior middle school teachers; high occupation tension than women teachers (P<0.01); no highoccupation tension ratio significant difference at different age teachers (P>0.05);Han teachers occupation tension is higher than the height of minority teachers(P<0.01); high occupation ratio in tension of Chinese teachers accounted for35.9%of the total number, highly tense occupation ratio of mathematics teachersin the total number of32.4%, the proportion of foreign language teachers in highoccupation tension accounted for32.8%of the total number, height ratio ofteachers occupation tension of other subjects accounted for29.4%of the total number of Chinese teachers occupation, highly strained than teachers in other subjects (P<0.01); foreign language teachers in high occupation tension higher than teachers in other subjects (P<0.05).2) analysis of job burnout in the comparison of different grade, junior middle school teachers in high burnout accounted for51.5%of the total number, high school teachers and high job burnout accounted for56%of the total number,high school teachers burnout in height higher than the proportion of junior high school teachers; height of burnout among male teachers than female teachers;teacher burnout in Han high proportion is lower than national minority teacher; no difference in different monthly income of teachers found that fatigue, working in different stress level teachers burnout, degree of different stress level of job burnout of teachers of different, highly strained the burnout of teachers were higher than those of low tension group of teachers, suggesting that job stress is stronger, more serious job burnout (P<0.01).3) analysis of teachers’coping style, negative coping style high school teacherself blame, fantasy scores were higher than the junior high school teachers(P<0.01), middle school teachers coping style score higher than senior high school teachers (P<0.01); Han Nationality Teachers’active coping style score higher than other ethnic teachers (P<0.01), other national teachers’negative coping style is higher than that of Han nationality the teacher (P<0.01); sexamong female teachers positive coping style scores than males (P<0.01),negative coping style score lower than male teachers (P<0.01); coping style ofdifferent age no significant difference (P>0.05). Teachers’social supportanalysis, junior middle school teachers’social support score higher than high school teachers, Chinese teachers support score, subjective support is less thanother ethnic teachers, male teachers’ social support score lower than femaleteachers, teaching age less than or equal to10years of teacher support smallthan the other two groups for teachers, teaching age greater than or equal to20years of teachers’subjective support is higher than the other two groups.4) the investigation of the teachers of various diseases, prevalence of teachers is mainly the respiratory system diseases and digestive diseases, nearly30%of these two diseases accounted for teachers of disease, is a disease affecting the mental health of the teachers. Comparison of different individual characteristicsof the teachers found that the prevalence of diseases, prevalence rate is higher than the junior high school grade, female is higher than male teachers; Hanteachers is higher than that of the minority teachers; teachers teaching teachershigh seniority relative to the low prevalence of serious analysis and research,found that the prevalence of occupation stress and all kinds of diseases indifferent stress levels, various diseases the total number of different (P<0.01),suggesting different occupation tension caused by all kinds of acute and chronicdiseases have effect, higher occupation tension caused by acute and chronicdisease prevalence rate increased greater possibility.5) a direct manifestation of teachers’work ability is absenteeism absenteeism constitutes, in comparison, junior middle school teacher absenteeism than senior high school teachers, the female teachers is higher than that of male teachers;Han teacher absenteeism than other ethnic teachers teacher absenteeismcompared to other subjects to high teacher; teaching high teacher absenteeismis high and low school age teacher; teachers work capacity of teachers’ workability score is higher than that of junior high school teachers, middle school teachers work ability higher than the proportion of high school teachers, theoverall ability of high school teachers and the ability to work with differenthorizontal distribution is better than the junior high school teachers; teachers with different gender analysis found that male teachers, better ability to work in femaleteachers; Han nationality the teacher working ability score and the different levels of ability were higher than those of minority teachers, indicating higher Hanteacher working ability; foreign language teachers working ability is poor teachersin other subjects that analysis subject teachers of different working ability,teachers’ ability to work the average monthly income of less than higher incometeachers, different school age analysis, high seniority teachers work ability thanlow seniority teachers.6) The main factors influencing the teachers’ job stress is gender, grade, genderjob burnout, social support, coping style. High grade teacher occupation tensionhigher than low grade teacher, teaching is low, less social support, caused bynegative coping of job burnout is stronger, the higher occupation tension. The main factors affecting the working ability of teachers is the gender, age, seniority,marriage, job burnout, social support, coping style, the individual stress,individual resources. Prompt occupation burnout is low, the more social support,individual stress smaller, better work ability; individual resources, the higher the score, the better the ability of coping resources work. Conclusion:the work of middle school teachers in Xinjiang area of tensionphenomenon is relatively outstanding, gender, nationality, age, course, job burnout, social support, coping style, occupation stress response, coping resources of teachers working ability, occupation tension difference.. Burnout,occupation stress and.negative coping style were positively correlated, and acute and chronic disease correlation rate exists, and social support, positive coping style, work ability was negatively correlated, correlated with absenteeism; gender,seniority, marriage is the teacher occupation tension in the main demographic factors, work ability was negatively correlated with the total score occupationburnout, occupation task of individual stress reaction, associated with individualresources. Tip the individual stress is smaller, less occupation burnout, coping resources better work ability; the higher the score, the better the copingresources work ability is stronger, the occupation stress inventory are closely related.
