After entering the2l century,Chinese university has entered a new stage ofcomprehensive development.Competition under globalization of higher education isplaced in front of Chinese universities can not avoid the question, quickly improve themanagement level of Chinese universities is an urgent task. More and more expertsand scholars recognize that the traditional university administrative system there are agrowing number of drawbacks.
