Chapter threeconcludes the general experience in other country of teacher qualification system mainly through the comparison with reform of teacher qualification system in eachcountry, providing a reference for the reform of our teacher qualification system. Itmainly discusses the classification of United States, UK, Japan etc., standards andinstitutions, application and acquisition and teacher qualification exam system.Chapter four mainly focuses on the current reform status of Shanghai teacherqualification system, looking at the reform experiences in other countries, based onthe problems existing in our teacher qualification system, discovering the creativepath for development.
