Study On The Management Of The Tutorial System In Universities

As an individualized teaching system, the aim of the tutorial system is to emancipate students' minds and foster their ability of thinking, which will enable students to finish their study as soon as possible. The tutorial system has a long history with more than 600 years and it is reaching maturing. The move was welcomed by all of outstanding universities. However, in our country, development of the tutorial system is still in its infancy. After the system had been officially christened in Beijing University and zhejiang University in 2002, the specialists and scholars disagrees on the effect.At first, in order to make a conclusion that the tutorial system completely suited the concrete situation in our University, the paper is based on pedagogic, psychology, management and combined with the analysis of models of education and staff recruitment.Secondly, field survey results, with references of researches in school of Management of F University in 2009, the paper is focused on the problems and flaws. And try to give some useful strategies.
