With the deep development of Chinese classroom teaching reform and development, Chinese curriculum and teaching content construction become the focus of teaching and research. For a long time, the separation of the teaching goal and teaching content and many other reasons led to today’s Chinese teaching content of fuzziness, randomness and uncertainty. Starting from the interpretation of the text is the new development of Chinese curriculum reform to solve an important breakthrough of the "Chinese teaching content uncertainty". This paper tries to talk about the reconstruction of Chinese teaching content from the perspective of text interpretation.This paper starts from the current situation of Chinese teaching, analyzes the text reading teaching "cover plate effect","the first" and other teaching present situations, points out their negative impact on teaching, and analyzes the causes of this kind of teaching situation. And then it talks about the reconstruction of Chinese teaching content from the perspective of text analysis, requirements for teachers in the teaching of text teaching content of the "choice" and "creation" to the target and the new curriculum standards and syllabus, textbook compiling style, suitable arrangement of intention and the student learning. Combined with the teaching case analysis, it proposed that several teachers should pay attention to in text reading teaching on the reading point. Finally the paper expounds the realistic requirement to realize text reading teaching contents of reconstruction and points out the function and significance of editor’s curriculum, teachers’professional literacy and independent scientific spirit, the experts and scholars’ active participation in the implementation of the requirements in the role.
