Exploration And Analysis Of Sun Shaozhen’s Composition Teaching Ideas

The ability of writing is the core element of constituting a people’s language ability,which has many aspects of promoting effect on the development of people. Although its important position in the Chinese teaching has been confirmed, composition teaching are still faced with a series of serious problems,either from theory to practice or from teaching to the test. Composition teaching costs more time,but the effect is poor. The students lost interest and enthusiasm in writing,so their composition are stereotypical, vague and lack of theoretical depth. To change this situation,not only should the frontline teachers make their own efforts, but also a batch of scholars are needed to play a leading role in the composition teaching theory and practice.Professor Sun Shaozhen, one of the most famous university scholars in the field of language education, has put forward a series of important perspectives in the composition teaching theory, and produces a wide range of influence. But it’s a shame that there is no special academic research on his idea of composition teaching. For this purpose, on the base of studying the collections of Sun Shaozhen’s works and articles on the composition teaching, this paper combs his research findings on designing composition topics for college entrance examination, reviews his composition teaching ideas and points out his contribution to the composition teaching.This article is the first to take the research of Sun Shaozhen’s composition teaching ideas as the theme of the master’s thesis. This paper mainly adopts Case Study Method and Comparative Method.This paper explores systematically Sun Shaozhen’s composition teaching ideas from a new point of view with the purpose of promoting the reform of college entrance examination composition topics and improving the quality of middle school composition teaching.
