Cohesion Between The Graduate Education Of Professional Degree And Vocational Qualification

With the speeding up of economic development, the social demand for high-levelapplied talents is expanding. In order to meet this social demand, graduate education of theprofessional degree appeared. In the process of its development, however, exposed a seriesof problem, which was serious deviation from the training goal. Because of its employmentaccess function, the vocational qualification certificate system becomes more and moreimportant, but also appeared many problems. Under this background, the research how tolead both to meet the social demand is of great significance.Based on related theory, this paper using the literature analysis method, speculativemethod, comparative analysis and other research methods, from the theoretical level toexplore the cohesion between graduate education of the professional degree and vocationalqualification certificate system.This paper is divided into6parts. The first chapter mainly discusses the researchbackground, research status and research trends, and it is concluded that the cohesionbetween the two as the research trend; the second analyzes the development history, presentsituation and the barriers in the cohesion of the two; chapters3and4, respectively,elaborates the necessity and feasibility of the two’s cohesion; the fifth introduces theoverseas advanced vocational certification system in detail, analyzes its advantages anddisadvantages, puts forward the enlightenment; the sixth expounds the coordination theory,puts forward the thinking and suggestions for the two’s cohesion.In general, the cohesion is an inevitable trend, it is necessary and feasible, based onthe coordination theory and the experience of the overseas advanced vocationalcertification system, this article from the "understand the development of graduateeducation of professional degree correctly ","coordinated development, completes thetop-level design","strengthen the cooperation, establish a scientific operation mechanism","eliminate regional segmentation, improve the allocation of resources","establish a unifiedregulatory system" six aspects put forward suggestions on the two’s cohesion.
