Higher Adult Education held by colleges and universities is an important part ofour education system, since its birth, for culture had made great contributions topromoting China’s socialist market economy and talent. But in the last century since thelate90’s, especially under the impact of market economy, the quality of adult educationin Colleges and universities began to face severe challenges. Based on this situation,this paper firstly studies the concept, the characteristic of correspondence education of auniversity in Shaanxi, and the correspondence education as a case, find out the defectsexisting in school in adult correspondence education quality safeguard work, putforward some suggestions for further development of correspondence education of theschool. Through theoretical analysis and case studies above, the author tries todemonstrate the reasons for the decline in the quality of correspondence education, andtaking it as the breakthrough point, analysis of the government, colleges and universities,outside teaching stations (points) and correspondence students of these four factors onthe quality of correspondence education, correspondence education quality assurancemodel tries to explain to a four bit from the four aspects of development.In this mode, as the government policies and the formulation of related laws andregulations, be sure to provide external support for the healthy development ofcorrespondence education, in time for the development of correspondence educationremove unfavorable factors; with the new policy and laws and regulations in thedevelopment of reality, not only to ensure the relevant work rules to follow would alsobe illegal reserved, will implement policies to. Universities play a connecting role is thekey in this mode. It is necessary to make the correspondence education qualityassurance work, accept the supervision and evaluation of government, but also tostrengthen the outside teaching stations (points) management, security outside teaching stations (points) of the teaching quality, do a good job of off campus teaching station(point) management and appraisal. Outside teaching stations (points) in this mode inaddition to do the education quality assurance work inside, and the relationship betweenthe correct location and host of colleges and universities, the strict implementation ofthe teaching plan, obey the teaching management in universities, communication andfeedback between the attention and the colleges and universities. Students must learn toplay the main role in this mode, only the correspondence students abandon somenegative learning motivation, to actively take the initiative to learn the knowledge, thequality of correspondence education can really improve, gold content can thus improvethe correspondence education, students can really benefit from it.In short, the correspondence education quality assurance is of theoretical andpractical significance of the topic is very strong, also has the very big developmentspace, we should work to establish and perfect an effective correspondence educationquality guarantee system, in order to ensure the further development of the adultcorrespondence education, the correspondence education under the background of newera, continue to play an important role in promoting economic development andcultivation of talents.
