The value orientation of educational purpose is the tendency of the choice of educational purpose.Generally speaking,the value orientation of adult education includes instrumental value and ontological value.The value orientation of ontology that the aim of education is to develop students' integrated development;promoting the development of students' personality and potential;satisfied the need of students' learning;enhanced students' social viability;so that the students' nature,dignity and potential in the process of education to achieve the greatest achievement and development.In short,the "human" is the starting point and the ultimate purpose of all educational activities.It is very important to establish the concept of "people first" and pay more attention to the practical needs of adult students,which can guarantee and improve the quality of adult education.Correspondence education is an important part of adult education,and the quality of correspondence education has an important influence on the quality of adult education.From the perspective of humanism,based on the characteristics of adult learning,this paper studies the teaching quality of adult correspondence education in Yunnan province.In the first part,analysis of the status quality at home and abroad to study the quality of teaching,from the analysis we can find they are emphasized the status and role of the students,and analyzed the scholars of the research literature on the correspondence and the humanism.Secondly,it defines the concepts of correspondence education and Humanism.It discusses the theory of adult learning,analyzes the motivation and characteristics of adult students;Then combined with the theory of humanism,the author analyzes the humanism,Marx's humanism and modern humanism education concept represented by Maslow and the author in the modern times.Based on the adult learning theory and humanistic theory,combined with the actual situation,this paper sums up the connotation of the quality of Adult Correspondence Education.In the perspective of humanism education and teaching quality standard,carries on the investigation to the teaching quality of adult education in Colleges and universities of Yunnan province with questionnaires and interviews,analysis of the existing the phenomenon of the lack of education and teaching,and analyzes the reasons behind the phenomenon.At last,the author puts forward the following suggestions on the current situation of Yunnan's Adult Correspondence Education.We should establish a correct view of human nature,to clear the goal of Adult Higher Correspondence Education.Reforming the curriculum system and selecting the appropriate curriculum.Changed the teaching strategy,and when selection of teaching materials with strict standards.At that time teaching methods need reformed.Strengthen the construction of teaching staff,establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
