Primary is the golden time for thedevelopment of individual. So learning on this issue is not only beneficial to thestability of family and social, also conducive to the personality formation of individual.Through the research on the combination of the quantitative and the qualitative, this paper select S and F primary schools in the Hongshan District of Wuhan City asthe subjects. Then this paper makes an analysis on the emotional desire and classifiesthe emotional desire of the transfer students in primary school to find that the strongdesire and the low degree of satisfaction come into contradiction obviously. When thetransfer students suffered emotional problems, they will never gain the support fromteachers initiatively and hope get the initiative support from the teachers; there is agood emotional response between parents and transfer students, but this response lacksof predictability; Lastly the paper finds that regarding the sense of happiness of thetransfer students, the peer groups’ mental support plays the main part, which affectedthe transfer students’adaptation.Based on the research, this paper suggests that improving the cultural constructionof schools can give the transfer students a sense of belonging; using the teachers role tohelp the transfer students initiatively; bring the advantage of parents into play, makingthe transfer students ready for transfer. For the mentioned contradiction, it is not enough to help transfer students adopt tothe new environment just rely on the individual, school or family, and all of the threeparts must join together to cope with the current problem.
