| To enhance university's harmonious development, it is necessary to establish a capable, efficient, innovative and cooperative cadres'team that is capable of building up the scientific concept of development and adaptive to the development and construction of modern university. While to establish a scientific, objective and practicable quality evaluation system is key to the construction of cadres'team. At present, a standard evaluation system of university cadres'team has not been formed in our country. Therefore, based on the utilization of the evaluation theory of qualified personnel, the competency model, assessment center theory and the concept of cadres'achievement evaluation, this paper constructs the evaluation system of university cadres'team.First, this paper expounds the research background and objective of evaluating university cadres'team. Then, it introduces the concrete content and points out the statistics foundation of the evaluation of the university cadres'team. By constructing the competency model that illustrates the traits of qualified university cadres and utilizing the assessment center to evaluate the achievement of the university cadres, this paper presents a definite quality evaluation system of university cadres'team.Utilizing a specific scientific technique and appropriate evaluation device and constructing a corresponding evaluation system of qualities of qualified personnel to evaluate the qualities of university cadres'team will be of positive and instructive significance for university's sustainable development and for the construction of harmonious university. |
