The Research On Constructing Innovative CI Personnel Cultivation Mode

With the global economic developing into integration and informationization,enterprises are confronting increasing competition and the demand for competitiveintelligence is growing stronger and stronger. Competitive intelligence has become atool in improving the core competitiveness of enterprises and gradually formed anindustry including CI consulting, training and education, software development. Thissituation has promoted the promising CI research and CI industry.Enterprise competition means talent competition. In order to meet the needs of thecurrent situation and improve the international competition of enterprises, all kinds ofcompetitive intelligence education, research and training institutions come into beingand a plenty of colleges and universities begin to conduct competitive intelligenceeducation simultaneously. However, how should colleges and universities cultivatecompetitive intelligence professionals, how to build a competitive intelligenceprofessional knowledge system, how to set up the appropriate courses, all thesequestions should be given further research. So the author has conducted a deepinvestigation into enterprises and universities, obtaining social needs in the CIprofessionals. With emphasis on the cultivation mode of competitive intelligence, weput forward an innovative training mode of Competitive Intelligence.This article contains those aspects as follows:Firstly, introduce the background; analyze competitive intelligence education athome and abroad based on the achievements, problems and the current challenges,sum up research achievements from domestic and foreign scholars in the competitiveintelligence education;Secondly, describe concepts involved in competitive intelligence training mode(such as competitive intelligence, competitive intelligence, talent, competitiveintelligence, training model, etc.);Thirdly, conduct an investigation into enterprises and universities, get what thecompanies want and the rate of employment, point out several problems aboutcompetitive intelligence personnel training in our country;Fourthly, conduct a case study on competitive intelligence personnel trainingmode at home and abroad, make a comparison and obtain their respective advantages and disadvantages;Fifthly, in the guidance of the innovation theory, competitive intelligence and thetheory of social cooperation, based on the preceding analysis, according to therequirements of enterprises as well as the problems in the personnel training process,the author put forward innovation-oriented competitive intelligence training modelnamed "adaptive educational ecology model ", and specify its content;At last, summarize the research, draw conclusions and point out the shortcomingsas well as future research direction.
