| This paper analyzes the university R&D resource allocation from the overall to local. Firstof all, using descriptive statistical analysis，it researches on the2006-2012university R&Dinput and output data, and makes a contrastive analysis among the universities, enterprisesand research institutions; secondly, this paper analyzes the regional differences in universityR&D human and financial resources allocation; finally, applying DEA model in theevaluation of Chinese university R&D input and output efficiency. The results show that,our country university R&D input and output was increasing year by year in2006-2012,but the the overall input of university is significantly lower than that of enterprises andresearch institutions; university R&D human and financial resources allocation has obviousregional distribution imbalance, human and financial resources mainly concentrate in thenorthern and eastern coastal city; the university R&D resource allocation efficiency is lowin various regions of our country, resources waste seriously, and there are great differencesamong rigions. According to the conclusions, this paper puts forward some correspondingsuggestions to improve the efficiency of resources allocation and optimize the structure ofresources allocation. |
