Research On The Allocation Efficiency Of Preschool Education Resources In China

As the starting point of education system,pre-school education is the basis of the whole education part,and its importance is undoubtedly unquestioned.The development of education not only lays a solid foundation for education,but also promotes the basic quality of the country and promotes economic development and education revitalization.However,there is still a shortage of funds and waste in pre-school education in our country,and education resource distribution is not equal,which restricts the development of pre-school education.Therefore,how to effectively analyze the current stage in our country the present situation of pre-school education resources,to explore the factors that influence the preschool education resources allocation efficiency to improve the situation of regional education resources allocation in China,to promote healthy and orderly development of preschool education is very important.This paper studies the allocation efficiency of education resources in 31 provinces in China,based on various areas to the data from 2010 to 2014,The level of education resource allocation efficiency and its influencing factors were analyzed by DEA-Tobit model,finally put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.Research results show that regional pre-school education in our country the size of the resource allocation efficiency is higher,the comprehensive technical efficiency is low,it is mainly due to the low pure technical efficiency,overall in the 2010-2014 regional resources allocation efficiency has certain volatility,efficiency differences between regions.In addition,its efficiency is affected by Regional urbanization rate,class size,and pre-school education resource allocation structure.And move up to higher education expenditure,and improve the education resource utilization,the construction of preschool education safeguard mechanism,clear the government responsibility,perfect legal mechanism,optimize the allocation of resources structure and strengthen the external supervision,is the key to improve the efficiency of preschool education resource allocation.
