Empirical Study On Entrepreneurship Education For Students’ Employability Of University

The development history of entrepreneurship education is not long, but under the policy support, increasing demand of university graduate, transform of the pattern of economic development and with promoting employment by entrepreneurs, enterprise education and employment ability has become hot issues. Undoubtedly under the existing system of higher education, enterprise education is an advanced teaching method that promoted education adapts the society and optimizing the model of training talents. Enterprise education transforms the concept of education, improves the personnel training mode and curriculum system for all students and universities. It has been a new realm of quality education that integrates into the whole process of personnel training. Employment ability is not only related to the personal qualities and integrated development of college students but also to the society and the families’ input and output on undergraduate education. It is an important prerequisite for achieving employment of college students.In this paper, literature analysis, comparative analysis, Delphi method and questionnaire method will be used in the empirical analysis of enterprise education’s effect on students’ employment ability. From first-level indicators will be used to build an evaluation index system of employment ability and evaluation scores will be given. According to comparing the evaluation scores of employment ability between enterprise education experimental class and regular class, two groups’ value evaluation scores will be derived to objective analysis the effect of enterprise education on the employment ability. The employment data used to analyze above is based on the survey of the School of Business Administration and International Economic and Trade School, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. At the same time, test the effect degree of enterprise education on employment ability by analyzing the correlation between employment ability and enterprise education for college students. On this basis, this paper draws a conclusion that enterprise education could promote the employment ability of college students. It raises the question to the effect of enterprise education on college students’ employment ability, and tries to put forward to solve countermeasures.This paper follows the path of raise question, construct a frame, empirical analysis and solve the problem. It will analyze and research in five chapters. The first chapter is introduction. It contents topics and issue defining reason, literature review, research significance and ideas, methods. The second chapter is the theoretical foundation. It Include the core concepts of the definition, three support the basic theory of this research papers. The third chapter contents an evaluation for graduate employment capacity building. It supports a basis for the empirical study for the later section. This chapter also determined the dimensions,connotation,conceptual model of employment strength and established an evaluation system and indicators. The forth chapter is the empirical studies and data analysis part of this paper. Discovered by investigate the 2014 session of enterprise education experimental class in School of Business Administration and International Economic and Trade School, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. And compare the data of two groups according to the evaluation index of university students’ employment force. Analysis how does employment ability effect the college students’ employment. All this comes to the conclusions by the analysis of the survey data. The last chapter is the countermeasures and prospects of this paper.
