The technology of swimming flip turns is indispensable in the freestyle and backstroke project. This article through the literature reading and expert interview to know good swimmer roll class turned to problems, through to the Beijing sports university sports institute 2013 level 16 swimming level and above athletes freestyle and backstroke turn video shooting and analysis technology, design a set of phased turned to water training method. Are as follows:1 improve the swimming near the pool wall stage technology training methods, including water 10 meters with prone position quickly swim to the roll end training, water 10 meters supine rapid with swimming to roll end training; 2 improve the technical training method of turning stage, including water 25 meters piecewise training, water roll the 5 meters fast foot to push off the end of the training, glide freestyle two accelerated the tumble turn training, backstroke two acceleration turn over training; 3 improve the push off phase technique training methods, including positive and negative side horizontal push off the bottom of the pool vertical kick training, across the swimming pool underwater kick training; 4 complete turns and training, including water 25 meters freestyle turn time trial and water 25 meters backstroke turn time travel. After the experiment respectively, the experimental group and control group player again to shoot, the comparative analysis of the parameters obtained in turn time and turned on the technology, the paper draws the following conclusions and suggestion:1 conclusion1.1 10 meters fast with swimming to roll end distance and time turned practice method helps athletes to master and consolidate the best freestyle and backstroke, improved swimming near the stage looked up at the pool wall and flowing before turning and other technical problems.1.2 25 meters sectional flip training,5 meters sprint kicking to roll the end of the training, the second acceleration the tumble turn training method training rolling stage, help to improve the athletes in the rolling stage group body is not tight, body posture after touching the wall and other common turned technical problems.1.3 off the bottom of the pool and swim across the pool vertical kick training helps to strengthen the leg ability under water.1.4 stage turned and training methods to help shorten the athletes turn time, improve the athletes turned ability.2 suggestions2.1 Process of phased training is not entirely to the distance as the dividing marks, to divide the technology action as the starting and ending points can play better effect turned athletes training.2.2 After phased training on Athletes’ flip turn, turn into complete practice in the daily training and competition, will be turning action techniques with the run length of stroke frequency and stroke combined with amplitude, strengthen the integration of technology and the way in the middle reaches of the athletes turn movement technology, design a training method is more suitable for turning the game, the better will be phased in turn to practice effect into play in the course of actual combat.2.3 After the proposal can use more advanced equipment (such as high definition underwater camera, etc.) for each turn, more detailed research to turned and parameters measurement of more scientific and rigorous.
