In 2016 Rio Olympic Games,two athletes of our country were respectively ranked fourth in marathon swimming competitions for men and women Together to create the best performance of Chinese marathon swimmers in the Olympic Games,also created history.The scientific and rigorous training process is the foundation of excellent competition results.The deep understanding and active exploration of marathon swimming training is the only way to develop the marathon swimming.At present,China's competitive marathon swimming water training is still in the process of self-exploration.Through the review of relevant literature,we find that there are few systematic analyzes and researches on the annual water training of competitive marathon swimming.This article will take the national swimming team marathon swimming team 2015-2016 annual water training program as the research object,the main use of documentation,expert interview,follow-up observation,case analysis and mathematical statistics and other research methods,from the annual competition Arrangement,classification and division of water training cycle,the annual water training schedule and tasks,the annual water training methods and means and the annual water training load arrangements of these four aspects of analysis and study,draw the following conclusions:(1)National Swim Team The marathon swimming team has a total of three major tasks for the year.The competition is divided into two categories:examination and competitive.The annual water training cycle adopts annual double-cycle and first-cycle double-peak training.(2)National Swimming Team Marathon Swimming Team The annual water training period can be divided into preparation period,competition period and recovery period.1.Preparing for the 21-week preparatory period for the preparation for the competition;Preparing for the 4-5-week competitive competition,training tasks are to improve aerobic endurance athletes and special combat capability.2.Preparation for the two types of competitions are about 3 weeks,the current period of preparation for the inspection tournament training tasks to improve the athletic ability of athletic competition preparation training tasks to adjust the status and promote over recovery.3 after the inspection of the recovery period of 3 days,after the competitive recovery training 1-2 weeks,training tasks are to eliminate deep body fatigue athletes.(3)National Swim Team The marathon swimming group basically keeps the same choice of training methods and means during the same training period for preparing for two different types of matches.1.During the preparation period,the continuous training method,intermittent training method,competition training method and repeated training method are adopted to take long-distance freestyle swimming,medley swimming and open water freestyle continuous training as training methods.2.During the competition,continuous training,intermittent training Law and competition training method to freestyle in the long distance,confrontation/attack and travel to adapt to the game as a training tool.3.Recovery period using continuous training method,intermittent training method and decomposition training method,arbitrary swimming in the long-range freestyle,medley and technical training as a training tool.(4)National Swimming Team Marathon Swimming Overall planning of the annual water training load according to the different types and tasks of the competition.1.Preparing for the preparation of the two types of matches The loading arrangements are the largest in each cycle,the load intensity are based on anaerobic threshold,the maximum oxygen uptake supplement.2.The preparation for the two types of games during the match period all decreased gradually with the approaching race day.The load intensity was dominated by the anaerobic threshold,supplemented by the maximal oxygen uptake and low-intensity aerobic exercise.3.Both types of recovery period after the load arrangement are the smallest of the cycle,the load intensity are low-intensity aerobic and anaerobic threshold.
