The trampoline movement is a high risk project. In recent years, with the rapid development of trampoline competitive level, as well as a substantial increase in frequency and intensity of training all of the world, under the guidance of the new international grading rules change, the incidence of trampoline athletes’sports injury is increasing. At this stage, sports injury has become the biggest obstacle for each athlete to gain higher performance and improve their skills. Preventing and reducing sports injuries have become the focus of the industry, but the researchfe theory of trampoline sports injury, especially in the aspect of lumbar spine injury is lagging behind the practice, meanwhile, published books and literature are extremely few. Therefore, the study from the point of sports anatomy, sports physiology, sports biomechanics, sports medicine and sports coaching, using literature, ques-tionnaire, expert interviews, field observation and other methods to comprehen-sively and systematically analyze and discuss about the status quo of sports inju-ry, potential and direct factors of excellent trampoline athletes’injury in our c-ountry. Mainly to the following conclusion:(1) The incidence of excellent trampoline athletes’lumbar spine injury was 83.3% in our country; The top six of damage types are train of lumbar muscles, lumbar sprain, lumbar disc and lumbar fasciitis staggered joints, spine, lumbar spine joints or spine ligament damage; The incidence of injury are highl-y correlated with age and training fixed number of year.(2) The nature of the lumbar spine injury mainly is chronic injury. The level of damage usually is mild& medium injury; The time of injury happens in basic training, technical training; The top three action are net pressure phase, wide and twist; The top 10 easily injured movement are 12101,833,813,120-01,811,822,801,821,803,800.(3) The factors of the excellent trampoline athletes’lumbar spine injury including potential and direct factors. Potential factors including physiological anatomy basis, trampoline movement characteristics, rules orientation, big density of participating; The top six of direct factors are incorrect technology or unskillful actions, inattention, partial overload, poor physical quality, inadequate preparation and body fatigue.
