Following the success of the 2008 Beijing Paralympics Games, the development of disabled sports in our country ushered in a new starting point for the strategy deployed. In this paper, the two dimensions of competitive sports and mass sports people with disabilities to sort out, mainly uses the survey method, by two National Games gold medal ranking and groups, divided into three groups and statistics of its activities. The statistical analysis shows that:There are significant differences between the groups of disabled sports expenditure in investment growth, the "first group" funding for the highest. It can be learned that the total number of medals is proportional to the funding amount. The provinces who have more funding, sports achievements in the number of gold medals is the better, but except in Hebei Province, it also reflects that how much funding is not the only factor in sports performance, there should be other factors play a role. The grassroots contest is the basis of the top events, the "first group" sports activity is the most active, excellent performance is closely related to the top event. Track and field, swimming, table tennis is the three major advantages of the Paralympics project. In mass sports, three groups also exist the horizontal differences, overall, "first group" is high above "the second group" and "the third group", but in the group itself in terms of funding, both exist the phenomenon of "heavy sports, light mass sports ". The number of participants in the disabled sports activities, fitness activities and fitness model has showed differences in provincial and municipal, provincial and municipal basic is less, and there are obvious differences in the East, the West. In view of energy and processing of data is limited, this paper suggested to further the status quo of the reasons behind the deep research, and learn from the typical case and a successful case.
