Teaching and research group is the grass-roots organization for primary and secondary schools to do research into the theory and practice of education and teaching, it is the development platform to promote the growth of the teaching profession, and it is also the educational place to implement the teaching and research activities. With the advancement of new curriculum reform, teaching and research group have been given a new time significance, the traditional constructing mode of teaching and research group cannot meet the real needs, we can find the inner root of its construction essentially by exploring the internal construction of the organization from the cultural aspects, we can also explore and ponder the path of cultural construction and can effectively change the disadvantages of the development of traditional teaching and research group. We can see that exploring the constructional path of the teaching and research group from the depths of the cultural is the internal motivation of school reforms, strengthening the construction of teaching and research group is the key to the construction of school culture.This paper is divided into three parts, the first part is mainly about the theoretical analysis of the culture of teaching and research group. At the same time, it combs some early experiences about the construction of teaching and research group at home and abroad. The second part discusses the necessity, feasibility and value of the contemporary transformation of "the culture of teaching and research group" based on the analysis of the rational thinking and practice research on the basis of the first part. Taking the own province as the object of investigation in the practice research, the author investigates some primary and secondary schools through the questionnaire survey and field visits and conducts the empirical research on the present condition of the construction of the teaching and research group, citing two schools’ excellent teaching and research group as the typical cases of cultural construction, in order to highlight the practical significance of conducting internal organizational construction from the cultural level. The third part is based on the results of the survey and the current situation of sorting, reflection and study, comprehensive rational thinking and theoretical basis, it analyses the concrete representation of the contemporary trend of the culture of teaching and research group, sorting out the strategy of the construction of internal organizational culture, hoping to provide some practical suggestions for the cultural construction of teaching and research group.
