Under the guidance of the 17 th "people-oriented" scientific development concept, the humanistic teaching of senior high school ideological and political course is a new attempt to students’ ideological and political education in the field of basic education. "people-oriented" education is a common requirement of social development and senior high school students’ growth. Ideological and political course is a compulsory subject that focuses on Marxism common sense education and plays a prominent role and takes a responsibility for students’ political education. Based on humanistic education, the implementation of ideological and political courses in senior high school will make a change and have a great significance in the state of political education.The method of literature review and combination of theory and practice is adopted to analyze and study the concept of humanistic education in senior high school political course、theoretical basis、problems and strategies.Analyzing relevant literature and referring to some teaching cases of front-line teachers provides theory and case resources for writing. Firstly, the paper summarizes the concept of humanistic education and synthesize professors’ understanding of humanistic education so as to define the connotation of humanistic education in senior high school ideological and political course and analyze the basic theory of humanistic teaching and elaborate the necessity of the humanistic teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school and discuss.Secondly,the paper explains the problems in senior high school ideological and political course in the following four aspects: the ignorance of humanism;the simpleness of teaching methods; the lack of interaction between teachers and students;the irrelevant to theory and practice.Finally, under the comprehensive analysis of literature and teaching cases,the paper concludes the implementation strategies and process of humanistic education ideological and political course in senior high school, and put forwards four viable implementation strategies of humanistic teaching in senior high school ideological and political courses :teaching goals; teaching contents; teaching methods and classroom management.The analysis and study of humanistic education ideological and political course in senior high school enriches the the connotation and implementation strategy of humanistic education and put forward new opinions on the basis of present research.The paper has some guiding function and positive significance for ideological and political course teachers.
