Full credit system used as a new pattern of teaching managementsystem in Chinese universities are still at the exploratory stage. The lackof full credit system of teaching quality evaluation system cannoteffectively assess whether the full credit system actually achieve traininggoals which is flexible, individualized, focused on training students ’innovation consciousness.So, the problem of full credit system in universities teaching qualityby interview and questionnaire went into studying. A model on theinfluence factors of teaching quality under full credit system is firstlybuilt, the establishment of indicators on teaching quality evaluation underfull credit system combine the method of objective analysis and Delphi.The evaluation index under full credit system focuses on threedimensions, teaching and learning environment, teaching managementand teaching effect. With the review group of expert to discuss jointly,moreover, the weight is calculate by the weight factor judgment methodand the variance contribution rate method. Finally, apply it in practicalteaching process after refining and perfecting evaluation criteria and rate.Teaching quality under full credit system is timeliness, relevance,developmental, comprehensive, structured and entirely focused onqualitative and quantitative evaluation which play a positive role inpromoting the teaching quality in colleges and universities.
