The instructional design process of instructional system design that the teachers teach and learn under the guidance of the theory, elements, application system of teaching process and the relationship between the scientific analysis, description, plans or provisions, making specific, operable program or program for teaching activities. With the deepening of the new curriculum concept, modern teaching pays more and more attention to the teaching design. The teaching design is the starting point and foundation of teaching activities, the teaching design teachers put their teaching concepts into practical teaching, teaching ideas and teaching practice to get the full integration. But in the actual teaching, there exists many problems in the teaching design, the teaching design is not really implemented, it will not really play a role in teaching design. Therefore, as the ideological and moral teacher, how should we go to design teaching, aiming at the problems faced in the teaching design, we should know how to deal with it, for every ideological and moral course teachers are worth pondering.According to the actual situation of our current ideological and moral teaching on the teaching design research, it is very important to pay more attention to the theory significance and the practical significance. First of all, to help teachers from the traditional concept of education and teaching in transition towards the new education teaching idea, is conducive to the combination of characteristics and the nature of moral education in junior school; secondly, to help teachers in their daily teaching to implement the new curriculum reform ideas, their strength for the teaching of middle school ideological and moral contribution; finally, better able to make teachers realize the importance of teaching design.In my paper, through a variety of ways of collecting relevant literature teaching all aspects of design, fully understand the connotation of the junior school thought moral course teaching design, combined with the teaching practice of the actual situation during the teaching of the moral lesson in junior school thought understanding. Mainly from the teachers summarized the present junior school thought moral qualities lesson teaching design in the problem to make a concrete analysis, and put forward some strategies to solve their own.This paper mainly discusses from the following three parts:The first part is an overview of the junior school thought moral qualities lesson teaching design, instructional design theory and the meaning of ideological moral lesson teaching design on the basis of the basic requirements, and the ideological and moral course teachers design teaching significance.The second part is the junior school thought moral qualities lesson teaching design problems and the reasons, this part of the combination of practice and investigation on the teaching practice, summed up the current teaching design of Ideological and moral education have the following three problems: one is vague, the teaching goal design positioning; two is the teaching design is different from the traditional lesson preparation; three the design of the single teaching method. And from the two aspects of the ideological and moral curriculum and teachers, we can analysis the causes of problems and solve them.The third part is the way to improve the junior school thought moral qualities lesson teaching design level, this part for the second part of the existing problems and the reasons put forward three ways of improving junior school thought moral qualities lesson teaching design: number one is the teacher to the three-dimensional target integration effectively in teaching design; number two is the ideological and moral teachers need a thorough understanding of the thought moral teaching design concept; number three are the teachers to design various teaching methods flexibly according to teaching content.We believe that the majority of teachers in junior high ideological and moral lessons of continuous efforts, the level of teachers’ instructional design will continue to improve and enhance classroom teaching effectiveness and relevance, and thus play ideological and moral lessons in junior high school students to promote healthy growth, cultivate moral character talent to play a greater role.
