Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Teaching Of Legal Knowledge In Ideological And Moral

The Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Promoting Major Issues in Governing the Country by Law of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee clearly pointed out that the rule of law education should be included in the national education system and that the education of the rule of law should be taken from the young people.Junior high school students are in the important stage of physical and psychological development,plasticity is very strong,they legal education,not only conducive to the healthy growth of young people,and conducive to the cultivation of socialist qualified citizens.The junior middle school ideological and moral teaching materials contain rich legal common sense education content,which is the main channel for the juvenile system to study our legal knowledge and form legal consciousness initially,which has the incomparable value of other disciplines.As a result of social,school and teachers and other reasons,the current ideological and moral law teaching common sense there are still many problems.Based on the rule of law education resources in the ideological and moral teaching materials,this paper tries to explore the practical effect of the teaching of common sense in the ideological and moral lessons from the teaching practice.This paper is divided into three parts according to the "situation analysis-finding problem solving".First,the system combs the distribution of the teaching contents of the legal common knowledge in the moral and moral materials,and expounds the goal and significance of the law common sense.Secondly,through in-depth classroom demonstration teaching and to student's questionnaire survey,interviews,analysis of the current ideological and moral teaching problems existing in the legal sense,tracing the causes of problems.Finally,in the analysis of the problems and causes of the teaching of common moral law,the countermeasures are put forward.This paper aims to provide useful reference for the improvement of common sense teaching in the course of thought.
