The starting point and purpose of life education are the life of the individual.The purpose of education is for the growth of life,so education is responsible for improving the quality of life.As an important stage of life development,junior high school stage is the key period of life education.Starting from ideological and moral courses,through literature research,case analysis and other research methods,from theoretical research to empirical research,this paper aims at analyzing the problems of life education implementation in these course,and furtherly exploring several strategies to improve the effectiveness of life education.This article mainly includes the following parts:First of all,this paper expounds the significance of the research,and combs the research status of life education at home and abroad,all of which make a good theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of students' psychological development and social reality,and based on the basic laws of life development,we put forward the significance of developing life education in Ideological and moral lessons.Then,according to the basic steps of teaching preparation,starting from teaching material,student's situation and teaching method,this paper studies the problems of current life education in ideological and moral lessons.Finally,from the existing problems,I put forward some ways to help teachers to improve the effect of life education.This research is based on the confusion in many years' teaching practice,combined with professional knowledge learning and empirical research,so as to enhance the effectiveness of life education in disciplines.It is expected that through this study,we can provide experience for the teaching of life for teachers,and make a little effort for the promotion of new ideological and moral teaching materials.
