"Four base" by ministry of education put forward, namely basic knowledge, basic skills, basic idea and basic activity experience. "Four base" goal of teaching should be worth thinking about each education workers.This study is based on the problem solving "four base" junior middle school mathematics design is studied. This paper mainly has four parts. In this study, the first part, literature analysis, on the basis of consulting a large number of literature to the study of "four base", mathematics problem solving teaching and mathematics teaching design and other relevant collection and comb, made clear their own research ideas and theoretical framework. The second part, based on the problem solving "four base" of the junior middle school mathematics teaching design theory analysis, using the content analysis method, mainly is the theoretical exploration of "four base" teaching, junior middle school mathematics problem solving teaching theory analysis and under "four base" in the junior middle school mathematics problem solving teaching design steps. The third part, it is on the basis of the theoretical exploration, designing the teaching lesson, from the teaching content, learning, teaching process, teaching process, teaching design are analyzed. The fourth part concludes that the shortage of the study and research content.Based on the research of the junior middle school mathematics problem solving teaching design to get the following conclusions: first, the "four base" junior middle school mathematics problem solving teaching still should attaches great importance to the knowledge skills and training, but the improvement of teaching methods, learning methods. And then "four base" junior middle school mathematics problem solving teaching pay more attention to the penetration of mathematical thinking. In addition, the problem solving of "four base" teaching more emphasis on students’ mathematics activity experience. Finally, highlight the "four base" problem solving teaching the education the new idea of "students for holder"."Four base" junior middle school mathematics problem solving the "double-base" problem solving teaching is the expansion and extension. But because there’s not much practical experience of junior high school teaching and their research level is limited, makes the study of this thesis enough so deeply, point of view is not comprehensive. With the advancement of curriculum reform, under "four base" in the junior middle school mathematics problem solving teaching research will be continuously perfect.
