With the coordinated development of our country’s economy and society, fusion education becomes more and more attention. “The national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline”(2010-2020) explicitly proposed“ according to local conditions to develop preschool education for disabled children”. At present, our country has nearly 10 million preschool special children, but 85% didn’t enjoy the rights of preschool education. In such a background, the kindergarten teacher with early fusion education literacy is so urgent, and it is challenging. Preschool teachers’ education quality directly affects the mastery of teaching activities, the attitudes and behaviors of special children. The literacy of the formation of the critical period is pre-service, therefore university need to increase the early fusion education course, guide the pre-school education professional students formed a preliminary concept of early fusion education, knowledge, and master the basic early fusion education skills, and through the trainee internship activities preliminary form early fusion education attainment. On this basis, this study will research the present situation of the preschool education undergraduates’ early fusion education quality, hope to provide lessons to university preschool education specialized curriculum decision-making and implementation of teaching.This study with the theory of study support, the theory of multiple intelligence, the theory of the zone of proximal development, cooperative teaching theory as the foundation, selected 497 students of Chongqing normal university preschool education specialized undergraduate students as the research object, used the literature method, interview method, text analysis, survey research methods and so on, from the three dimensions: early fusion education ideas and attitudes, professional knowledge and professional skill to explore how about of their early fusion education literacy, hope to find what factors influence the formation of the literacy and how they affect. The results indicate that: pre-school education majors’ attitude on fusion education generally been accepted, think that early fusion education for disabled students and normal children have benefits and support early fusion education on the whole, but also there is no denying that the early fusion education increase the workload of teachers; think that cooperation and differentiating teaching is necessary, but reserved about the existing resources in kindergarten; their reserved or negative attitudes of early fusion education work competencies, lack of confidence; in addition, in the preschool education undergraduate talent training scheme, the courses involves fusion education or special education or early fusion education were rarely, and partial theory more practice less;Combine the professional training plan as well as the analysis of the interviews, the study suggests that We should further improve the field of early fusion education courses, the first is to increase amount of related courses, and then is to decrease theory courses and increase practice courses, the third is guided by the relevant professional teacher. In addition, the types of contact with the disabled of different grade have different effects on early fusion education literacy.
