After exploration, formation, establishment and the reform and opening period, the arrival of knowledge economy makes the human society entering a new stage of development, reform and improve the modern university system culture has become the new requirements of the times, the development of the university needs the theoretical support of modern university system culture.The purpose of this paper is to answer what is the university system culture?
