The Construction Of Modern University System

Modern university system is an ideal design about the model of university development. Under the background of knowledge society and building harmonious society in China, constructing the modern university system should embody mostly such matters as follow: balancing the relationship of government and university, consummating the relationship of society and university, standardizing the relationship of university and university, improving the ability of university internal management. Constructing the modem university system also should encircle mostly the innovation of university internal management. This article utilizes literature method and comparative method, on the basis of analyzing the disadvantage about the current university management system, it offers its theoretic ideas to reforming the modem university internal management system.
