Working as part of civil society working in the development scale and professional level, it will directly affect the stability and development of society.July-September 2014,i were in the Kunlun Road civilized community, as well as existing social work agencies,conducted a three-month professional internship and research work.In the course of the internship, recognizing community workers play an important role in the current community building and development,social work qualified personnel in the future has become a community building breakthrough.Policy and social service organizations in the Civil Affairs Bureau investigation found that some of the current policies do not work effectively with the help of social development Karamay City,but the development of social work will generate resistance,so that the local social agencies can not fully completed work.At present,although the construction of Karamay professional social work has made some progress,but there are still some problems can not be ignored.Such as government-led efforts to excessive or insufficient funding for activities faults exist,lower social awareness,social workers professional level is not high,jobs are not set norms.These problems have been influenced and restricted the construction and development of Karamay City Social Work.To solve these problems,i uses the method questionnaire,data analysis,with the full understanding and knowledge of the current situation of social work building the basic premise of the present situation of social work development Karamay,construction work on the social problems in Karamay City, affect Karamay in-depth discussion and study recommends the development of social work and other factors analyzed various aspects of the problem,and strive to provide practical reference for the construction of Karamay professional social work.
