With the arrival of the era of universal education, the wave of education reform is advancing. Basic education stage in our country, the reform of cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability is advancing, which suitable for the development of students. And the students’education bred in such soil. Preliminary work as the first part of student-based classroom, its design quality directly related to the class to carry out, related to students’learning efficiency. This paper set about from related literatures, carding related theoretical basis, defining the relevant concepts, clarify the relationship between concepts. And the integrated use of literature, text analysis,interviews on the preliminary work design. Introduces the requirements that its ought to be, in view of the problems existing in the design, try to find out the reasons, and put forward the corresponding optimization strategy, this paper mainly includes four parts:Part Ⅰ:In this part, analysis of relevant literature on preliminary work, understand the existing research situation and shortage; defining the relevant concepts, clarify the relationship between concepts; carding related theoretical basis, to provide theoretical support for this paper writing.Part Ⅱ:Introduce the basic requirements of the preliminary work design of primary school Chinese, firstly introduce the design principles of preliminary work, including the interest principle, comprehensive principle, guiding principle, the principle of openness, in view of the principle, practical principle. Secondly, introduce its design requirements, the design process should take into account students’ psychological characteristics, students’ learning starting point, the characteristics of Chinese subject, the characteristics of specific materials, considering all the three aspects and flexiblePart Ⅲ:Introduces the reality of preliminary work design. Gather the preliminary work from 1 to 6 grades. And according to the class type (literacy classes, reading classes, writing classes, integrated practice lesson), analysis of some preliminary work, try to show the present situation of preliminary work, analyze the shortage of the design, try to improve. And then the research interview some school teachers, adopt the method of structured interviews and random interviews. In the interview process, try to understand the design intention, the design basis, participants, structural model, as well as the impact on teachers, the impact on students, try to explore the reasons behind the problem.Part Ⅳ:After analyzing the third parts, and then put forward the optimization strategy of preliminary work design in primary school Chinese Independent design some preliminary work by class typeselection. Each work’s design is based on the teaching goal, the psychological characteristics of students, and the teaching strategy. The design is more specific, more intuitive.
