On September 13 2016,the core literacy of Chinese students' development release,the future top idea of the basic education is to strengthen the core literacy of students.Today,why the mention of "core competence" as the main primary school mathematics curriculum of basic education,especially the cultivation of core competence must pay attention to the core of mathematics literacy.Primary school mathematics work as an important content,the value of teaching should not be overlooked,the design should be consistent with the core of mathematics literacy.The long work to improve students' comprehensive quality as the goal,attention to the development of students' ability.It can be seen that the long work has an important value in the improvement of students' comprehensive quality.The value of homework determines the importance of homework design.Therefore,how to design a long job which meets the requirements of the development of students' quality is an important task of education and teaching,and it is also an important way to the development of education reform.Based on humanism,constructivism theory,multiple intelligences theory,using various research methods of literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case analysis method,based on the analysis of the status of long operation design of primary school mathematics,focuses on the study of small math homework long what are the effective design strategies and how to use these to optimize the long primary school mathematics homework design strategy.The results show that the current primary school mathematics teachers lack the consciousness of long job design,the weight of the work content is light,the form of operation is lack of innovation,and the homework design is lack of humanistic care.Therefore,the study on how to effectively carry out the following strategies of primary school mathematics homework design long proposed: object design,multi-dimensional phased clear goals,starting from a different angle,realize the unilateral,comprehensively and fully consideration,according to the characteristics of job content in different operation stages,setting the stage for the corresponding operation target content;design,integration of a variety of educational resources,to achieve the combination of mathematics knowledge and life situation,knowledge learning and problem solving combination,combined with the use of master,widely involved in different areas of resources,integration and innovation into the education resources;form design,with a variety of forms of activities to enrich students' experience,can be used do the experiment,inquiry,search and other minor activities,people can open more interactive,interactive can learn Students and students can also be between parents and students,so as to promote common development;evaluation design,phased and multi agent combination to increase students' positive emotional experience,take the evaluation of different standards for different combinations of the intelligence of students,make each student to complete the full play to one's unique charm in the process of operation.Complete results take multiple evaluation quantitative and qualitative combination.Based on this,this research uses the strategy of primary school mathematics long homework design,with Shanghai teaching contents on the fifth grade primary school mathematics version of "comprehensive and practice" content "encoding" and the fourth grade 2 "vertical and parallel" based on the teachers interviewed the corresponding long homework optimization design based on Design case.
