According to the needs of times development and education reform, andhigh-quality, innovative talents training target, it is imperative toimprove the students’ ability of autonomous learning. In the stage ofcompulsory education, because the students’ knowledge, ability,psychology, thinking are in the early stages of development, so thecultivation of autonomous learning ability is inseparable from theteacher’s scientific guidance. According to the survey about the currentschool students’independent learning ability, it is found that students’self-study learning ability takes on the trend of recession withincreasing grades. Because of this need, the aim of this paper is toimprove the teachers’ guidance ability about students’ autonomiclearning by researching the design of the junior middle school mathpreliminary homework.First, this paper describes the background, content, significance andmethods of the research and summarize the predecessors’ related researchabout preliminary homework. It is found that there are a large number ofexploration and practice about autonomic learning, preparation andhomework, there are plenty of theoretical and practical achievementsworthy of our reference. However, we lack the targeted research aboutcombine of the three parts, that is how to improve the students’ autonomouslearning ability and efficiency by designing preliminary homework underthe concept of the students’ education.Second, this paper focuses on the related theory of preliminaryhomework under the concept of the students’ education, including theconnotation and the basic views of the students’ education, theconnotation of the preliminary homework and the differences between thepreliminary homework and the traditional homework.Third, this paper makes a survey and interview to the present situation of the junior middle school math preliminary homework that aredesigned by the experiment teachers. It analyzes and conclude the reasonsaccording to the problems, the problems are following this: the teachersdon’t have a clear understanding about the connotation of the preliminaryhomework, the concept of the students’ education don’t get well withdesign of the preliminary homework, don’t excavate the mathematicalthoughts and methods according to the subject characteristics, don’t havethe enough opening level about preliminary homework, teachers are not goodat guiding parents to participate in the preliminary homework and so on.Fourth, this paper puts forward improvement strategies according tothe questions and reasons of survey. These improvement strategies comefrom the basic requirements and methods of design of the junior middleschool math preliminary homework. There are four points about design ofthe junior middle school math preliminary homework as preconditions,first, we must know the characteristics of middle school mathematicseducation and junior high school students. Second, we must clear thepurpose and function of preliminary homework. Third, we must follow thebasic characteristics of preliminary homework. At last, we mustunderstand the basic structure of preliminary homework. This paper triesto change the teachers’opinions about preliminary homework from theconcept. Combining with teaching practice, This paper will explore andresearch the design strategy of preliminary homework according to thedifferent kinds of lessons. According to the requirements of theimplementation of the middle school math new curriculum standard, thispaper will analyze in detail from the concept of lessons, the theory oflessons, lessons about how to solve the problem and review lessons withthe illustration of the cases, this provides referenced information forteachers’ designs of junior high school math preliminary homework. Fifth, In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the strategies, theauthor also does lots of researches. It is proved that this paper willhave a significant effect on improving effectiveness of the teachers’design about junior middle school math preliminary homework, changing thestudents’ autonomous learning initiative, increasing the awareness ofautonomous learning, stimulating autonomous learning interest andimproving the ability of autonomous learning.
