There are a lot of concepts in high school bio compulsory textbooks, and the relationships of these concepts are complicated,which is not conducive to students?memory and overall grasp.If not having a thorough understanding of these basic knowledge, students will easily confuse some concepts. And the research of concept map resource database of high school biology is not systematical,Therefore,it is particularly important that the research of concept map design and the establishment of resource database.In the initial stage of research, through the study of literature, the author study the concept map?s definition, composition, application value and its application in teaching theoretical basis, then study and elaborate the principle, significance and methods of establishment of concept map resource database.The establishment of concept map resources database and high school biology new curriculum implementation consistent with the idea and goal.In the interactive process these not only provide learners with ready-made advanced teaching resources and learning together, but continuously create and improve the concept of resource database.This process improve students? learning ability and innovative thinking continuously, and facilitates the sharing of teaching resources and knowledge of the concept map.It is concluded that five principles the scientific principles and norms, concise and clear principles, guiding principle, hierarchical logic principle, combined with the practical principle should be followed during the design of concept map.And the eight steps of concept map design and production are developed which are Selection of a particular area of knowledge, identifying the key concepts or central theme, the order of concept, the draft hierarchy layout of concept, connection of different levels, rearrange the concept map structure, the association of cases, reflection and perfection.Then study and describe methods of making concept map, and explain the basic steps of making concept map by using Inspiration software.Finally design and construction of knowledge of concept map, concept map resources database of three key modules of the senior compulsory textbook "molecular and cell", "Genetics and evolution", "homeostasis and environment", then interpret and analysis typical cases selected from resources database in multi level and multi dimension.Include 6 aspects about the content analysis of concept map, concepts contained in concept map,relations between concepts, designing idea of concept map, methods for making concept map and reflection of making concept map.Through the analysis of compulsory high school biology textbook concept map case, we can see that the design of concept map is closely related to teaching content.Designing a concept map should not only refer to the class curriculum requirements, but also consider the discipline characteristic and the teaching object?s adaptability. When the concept map design adapt the needs of students?development, the students can build the best knowledge.
