The junior middle school stage is an important process in the growth and development of students, in this stage whether thinking, emotion, behavior habit, or the character of temper, with people and other great changes have taken place. In the rapid development of contemporary society, middle school students are more easily to be disturbed by the harmful foctors and affect them grow healthly. The school is an important environment for the growth of students, as a leaders and managers of class, teacher is the most close person with students, their leadership is crucial for the smooth growth of junior high school students. Conventional class rules, cadre, activities, teaching involved in class management through the whole life of unior high school students. According to the different stages of middle school students and the same stage personality differences between students. The teacher not only according to the environment change method of leadership, understand the psychological characteristics and maturity of junior high school students. To grasp the true meaning and significance of contingency leadership theory, according to the environmental right to take the appropriate leadership style and flexible use.From the contingency leadership theory we can summed up five ways of leadership, they are command type, persuasive, participatory, objective oriented, authorization, use the five leading ways as the dimensions and around the class rules content design problems. Through the questionnaire to understand the status of leadership in junior high school class management can be indirectly learn leadership contingency theory application in junior middle school class management, through interviews further understanding of contingency leadership theory appeared in class management problems in junior middle school. Then explains the importance of contingency leadership theory. And put forward the corresponding strategies for the application of contingency leadership theory in class management of junior middle school. The specific content is divided into 5 parts:The first part: Introduction. Describe the issues raised and research significance, literature review on the research status of contingency leadership theory and junior high school class management angle define the core concepts and explains the research method.The second part: the paper introduce the contents and features of contingency leadership theory. Contingency leadership theory mainly includes three big theory, Each theory has its own advantages and disadvantages and complement each other. Then it introduces the necessity of applying the contingency leadership theory in class management of junior middle school.The third part: Mainly carries on the questionnaire survey to the He bei province of China in the junior high school teacher training. Application of contingency theory of leadership in the junior middle school class management can through the investigation of different types of leadership by the use of the teacher in charge of class management in the conventional reflected. So This part mainly by questionnaire survey to analysis the current situation of junior high school class management leadership, in order to show the application status of contingency leadership theory in class management in junior middle school.The forth part: Selected five outstanding training teacher, chose the Wuan city and Shijiazhuang City 4 schools of 8 representative junior high school teacher, as the interview objects. Analysis of the existing problems, sorting through the interview records, the famous teacher reference books in the form of case.The fifth part: Explains the application of strategic leadership contingency theory in class management in junior high school. Mainly from the head teachers themselves, school, family,social four aspects.
