Along with the continuous development and popularization of modern information technology disciplines, the traditional teacher centered teaching mode already can not adapt to the modern teaching mode. To conform to the trend of the times and development, taking the comprehensive and harmonious development based on students is the main channel. elicitation inquiry teaching mode take students as the main body, with teachers as the guide and inspire, in order to cultivate the students’ independent spirit of exploration and innovation spirit, as long as focus on learning initiative and explore the process of learning. At the same time, inquiry learning focused on practical practice and thinking training. In order to improve the students’ study interest in the course of information technology, to improve the students’ information skills information literacy, to cultivate students’ sentiment, also in order to improve the teachers’ teaching effect on information technology, in addition to the use of elicitation inquiry teaching model, micro video is introduced into this paper,which is now the most popular,the tree of the knowledge is also introduced into based on it. The combination of the micro video introduction and the tree of the knowledge as a whole is a modern learning resources assisted students in learning and inquiry.So the paper take the elicitation inquiry Teaching Mode combining with study resource of "The tree of the knowledge in micro video" to do the information technology teaching.This study uses the literature research method, action research method and the experimental research method and interview method. Using class 1 and class 2 of grade 2 in NO.20 middle school in Shijiazhuang city as the research object, 39 in class1, class 2 is also 39, and two class levels are without gap. In this study, class 1 grade 2 is the control classes using the traditional teaching mode of teaching, class 2 grade 1 is the experimental class using elicitation inquiry teaching mode of teaching, and finally obtain the experimental results contrasted the two classes activity analysis and item bank results analysis.Again through teacher interview effect analyze and verify the research value of this study.Through the application effect of elicitation inquiry teaching mode analysis we can see that the activity analysis and item bank performance analysis data of class 2 is better than class 1, which verifies the feasibility of elicitation inquiry teaching mode. This paper studied the application of "The tree of the knowledge in micro video" elicitation inquiry Teaching Mode in information technology in junior middle school from the two aspects of the theory and the practice.
