In 21 th century,the rapid development of information technology has a continuous impact on the various fields of human society,especially in the field of education,which provides a huge impetus for the innovation of educational practice model.In view of the traditional information technology classroom teaching,differential teaching provides a new and innovative way of thinking for it.Based on the definition of the concept of differential teaching,this paper took Bloom's theory of target classification,,classroom teaching optimization theory and individualized learning theory as the theoretical basis of differential teaching,and used micro video as teaching means on the basis of differentiated instruction,and a differential teaching model based on micro video was constructed,which in order to improve the teaching effect of information technology in primary school.This paper expounded the design principle of differential teaching model based on micro video,and deeply analyzed the design elements of teaching model.At the same time,the activities of teachers and students in the pre-class,in-class and after-class stages of the implementation process of differential teaching based on micro-video were deeply discussed,and the task arrangement,time allocation and implementation form of each link in the teaching process were explained in detail.This study adopted experimental research,questionnaire,interview and other research methods,taking the group of teachers and students in Primary School affiliated to Shandong normal University as the research object.And the model of differential teaching based on micro video was applied to the fifth grade information technology classroom of primary school and a three-month teaching practice study was carried out.The relevant data of teaching research results were collected by the methods of test questions,questionnaire and interview,and the feedback information was obtained.It provided practical guidance and theoretical support for the effectiveness of the differential teaching model based on micro-video through the in-depth analysis of the data.The study found that there was less teacher-student interaction in the traditional primary school information technology class;The class size was large,and the teachers were difficult to fully took care of the differences between students;The authority of teachers in the classroom was very high,teachers often became the main body of teaching activities;The difference teaching based on micro-video promoted teacher-student interaction in information technology class.Teachers provided students with a relatively individualized learning environment by stratifying students' differences,and students' learning needs could be satisfied too.The difference teaching based on micro video also helped the students to improve their knowledge level,and the test results were obviously improved compared with the traditional classroom teaching;The effectiveness of differential teaching based on micro-video was also recognized.Aimed at the above conclusions,the researcher put forward a differential teaching model to improve the traditional information technology classroom teaching,and put forward six suggestions,which according to the results of teaching practice feedback on the optimization of differential teaching model.
