Along with economic development and growth of education revolution,regonition towards teachers’ social status is increasing and high attention is drawn on the teachers’ qualification.At this historical stage,China’s education revolution is focusing on comprehensively improving teachers’ quatlification to achieve greater education industy output.To serve this aim,one of most important fundamental work is to strengthen the quatification of the whole teachers team and obtain satifactory education revolution results.The training on teachers’ professional skills plays a key role during this process; therefore, the design of training curriculum system also matters for the whole teachers’ qualification revolution.Previous studies on this field are conducted by many professinals. One of the heatly-discussed point is that teachers from different fields require diverified efforts on the training, especially for information technology teachers.The training curriculum systerm for those requires dedicate attention.However,current training curriculum f of information technology teachers are not very well-constructed to what is demanded in this area. There are problems like amibuguousness of traing objective, dismatch of training material,and unfitness to the long term training delvelopment,etc. The reasons of such issues can be traced back to the design of training curriculum at first place. The closest channel that teachers rely on is the training material, which represents the core value of whole curriculum.If training organizers cannot develop well-designed training curriculum meeting the trainees’ needs,there will be negative effect on the teachers’ qualification enhancement.Therefore, this thesis studies and discusses the reasonatiztion of training curriculum through the insight into the the part of information technology teachers training under“National Teacher Training Plan—off-job training programs”.Under the guidance of middle school teacher professinal standards, focusing on the current situation of Hebei Province middle school information technology teacher training, this thesis tries to construct ralatively complet training curriculum system. Measures of literature research, questionnarie study,and personal intervies are conducted for benefits of this thesis.The major parts are as followings. First part includes discussion of background,the guiding issue,significance evaluation and research methods.Second is literature reivew about teacher training curriculum system and various teacher qualification standards researches.Third is theoritical studay, which states the theorical background on designs of tearcher training programs and the intructive illustraion of different theories for this thesis.Forth part is taking the information technology teachers participating “National Teacher Training Plan-off-job training programs”as study objective,adopstquestionarrie and personal interview method to dive into middle school teachers’ training status and development goals of next stage and narrow the gap between middel school teacher qualification and the middle school teacher professinal standards.Fifth part, based on the collected data, discussed the re-design of training curriculum to be better in line with the middle school teacher prefessional stadards,from perspective as guiding theory of training,objectives of training, and utilatization of training material.Sixth part demostrates the empirical findings concerning the trainees’ evaluation on curriculum design and content. The last part is the conclusion part and shed some lights on the possible improvement direction of teacher training curriculum system.
